  • Read blueprints/mechanical drawings.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Intermediate Excel, SAP, Outlook.
  • ITAR eligibility.
  • Train others effectively.
  • SPC/FMEA/Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Document, implement, and maintain methods and processes.
  • Establish processes and prototype-level products to meet quality requirements.
  • Create work instructions and train others.
  • Conduct analytical and diagnostic engineering tests.
  • Visually inspect parts to tolerances.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Lead small projects and supervise others.
  • Write technical reports with PowerPoint and Excel.
