Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 6+ months related experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manufacturing docs in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain manufacturing methods, process sequences, and work instructions for finished products.
• Follow processes and build prototype-level products to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Support startup, operation, improvement, and optimization of manufacturing processes to boost productivity.
• Perform engineering tests, DOE activities, and diagnostic evaluations as directed by Engineering.
• Inspect parts throughout production to ensure specs and tolerances; disposition rejected parts.
