The role drives improvements and implementation of procedures, tests projects, sets up new production systems, trains operators and inspectors, and uses strong troubleshooting across machining processes. Compensation is $25-$33 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, pension, FSA, tuition

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 years manufacturing technician experience.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.
• Able to work in an ITAR environment.
• Ability to train hourly employees.

Aufgaben

• Execute process operations per SOPs and implement improvements.
• Set up and evaluate current and future production layouts.
• Troubleshoot disturbances and implement corrective actions.
• Read CAD drawings, GD&T, and technical documents.
• Train machinists, operators, and inspectors; ensure safety and quality.
