Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree
• 5 years minimum experience in manufacturing and/or training
• Strong understanding of company processes and technical knowledge
• Working knowledge of project management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to influence resources without direct line management responsibility
• ITAR environment eligibility

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and root cause analysis to prevent repeats
• Drive implementation of new software and equipment with training and documentation
• Train on control plans, FMEAs, 8D, and 5 Whys
• Monitor, document, and report project status to plant management and affected parties
• Perform related duties as required
