The role requires 4+ years of technician experience, a high school diploma or GED (AA technical degree preferred), and English reading/writing ability. Expect PPE use and ITAR compliance. Competitive pay with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years of technician experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in ITAR environment.
• Ability to read specifications and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents the operation of machines in production; reports inconsistencies and suggests improvements.
• Troubleshoots complex or troublesome equipment; may work with facilities or vendors.
• May run engineering tests; perform periodic calibration checks.
• May recommend process improvements based on test results and experience; troubleshoot setup issues.
• Visually inspects parts for tolerances; trains operators and inspectors to improve efficiency.
• Reads specifications and drawings; uses measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
• Maintains and tracks tools; participates in the 5S program.
