• Oversee inspections of contracted and force account activities for Highway Maintenance Operations.
• Manage field data collection, record-keeping, and supervision of Technicians in the field.
• Assist with emergency response and weather/disaster operations.
• Coordinate hydrology reports and permit documentation for maintenance projects.
• Support RMIP/HMIP program management in the county.
