Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology and two years of progressive technician level experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor daily operations and review test reports to ensure compliance with specs, plans, and contract documents.
• Perform contract administration duties such as pay records, material received reports, and daily diary reviews.
• Prepare as-constructed plans and conduct monthly quantity verifications prior to payment to contractors.
• Coordinate utility relocation inspections and track relocation work with contractors and property owners.
