Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Survey Technology with 2 years of related experience.

Ability to read contracts, plans, standards, and specifications.

Responsibilities

Monitor contractor daily operations and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
Review test reports for material conformity and document results.
Handle contract administration duties: pay records, diaries, and monthly quantity verifications.
Coordinate utility relocation inspections and track progress to minimize delays.
Lead junior technicians and communicate with contractors and stakeholders.
