Job summary

Terracon is seeking an entry-level technician to conduct field and laboratory testing on construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel. You will assist with testing, data collection, and reporting under close supervision, ensuring quality and safety on each project site.

Responsibilities include preparing data, communicating results to the Project Manager, and maintaining equipment while progressing toward additional responsibilities and certifications such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on tasks and perform basic testing and observation duties.
• Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
• Communicate information to Project Manager and discuss accuracy of data for submittal.
• Submit documentation and communicate results as directed by the Project Manager.
• Maintain assigned equipment and follow safety rules and procedures.
