Job summary

Terracon in Dallas, TX seeks an entry-level Field Technician to support construction materials testing and inspection on active job sites. You will assist with soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel testing, observe field conditions, and help prepare reports for the Project Manager.

Under supervision you will gain hands-on experience, maintain gear, follow safety rules, and communicate results clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience required.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on basic testing and observations under supervision.
• Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
• Communicate information to Project Manager and discuss data accuracy for submittal.
• Submit documentation and communicate results as directed by Project Manager.
• Maintain assigned equipment and safety compliance on site.
