Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of test procedures (ASME, CSA, ASTM, IAPMO) on plumbing products using environmental chambers and universal testing machines.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, evaluate performance, and write clear technical reports for customers.
• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration on lab equipment per ISO 17025.
• Prepare test samples, perform precise color matching, and optimize daily testing workflows.
• Collaborate with senior staff and interface with customers to discuss deviations and support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of code test procedures (ASME, CSA, ASTM, IAPMO) on plumbing products using specialized equipment like environmental chambers and universal testing machines.
• Maintain meticulous records of test procedures, evaluate performance capabilities, and author clear, professional technical reports for customers.
• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration on laboratory equipment in accordance with ISO 17025 procedures.
• Prepare and organize incoming test samples, perform precise color matching, and optimize daily testing workflows under minimal direction.
• Partner with senior lab staff and interface with customers to gather project context, highlight deviations from standards, and support team objectives.
