Responsibilities

• Build, set up, troubleshoot, and execute qualification, environmental, and performance testing for electromechanical actuation products.
• Wire, solder, build, and troubleshoot boards, motor controllers, actuators, and test panels.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, pressure sensors, load cells, and torque sensors to capture test data.
• Provide guidance and training to lab technicians to ensure efficient troubleshooting and safety.
• Oversee lab tooling and TPM programs, ensuring safety and proper records.

Job Summary

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.02 - 26.16 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Education: Associates

• Build, set up, troubleshoot, and execute qualification, environmental, and performance testing for electromechanical actuation products per standards like DO-160 and MIL-STD-810.
• Wire, solder, build, and troubleshoot circuit boards, motor controllers, actuators, and test panels using precision lab instrumentation.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, pressure transducers, load cells, and torque sensors to capture and analyze test data.
• Provide technical guidance, direction, and training to lab technicians and support personnel to ensure efficient troubleshooting and safe operations.
• Oversee laboratory tooling, infrastructure, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and accurate recordkeeping.
