Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience; Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.
• Preferred experience with truss engineering or component design.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
• Prioritize, assign, and manage incoming work to meet deadlines.
• Review and guide complex truss designs for safety and compliance.
• Provide technical support and engage with customers.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to improve workflows.
• Champion engineering standards and deliver training.
