Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, is looking for an Engineering Team Lead in Mound City, Kansas. This essential role combines technical expertise with leadership to deliver high-quality structural solutions across North America.

The successful candidate will lead a team, manage workflow, and engage with customers while ensuring project quality. A B.S. in Engineering and a Professional Engineer certification are required along with at least 5 years of engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with truss engineering, component design, or drafting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of TPI, NDS, ASCE‑7 codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of engineers.
• Prioritize, assign, and manage workload to meet customer deadlines.
• Review complex truss designs for safety and compliance.
• Provide technical support and conduct site visits.
