You will lead a team of engineers, manage complex designs, and enhance customer relationships. The position requires at least 5 years of engineering experience, a P.E. certification, and offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $135,000. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience; Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.
• Preferred but not required: experience with truss engineering, component design, or drafting for building components.
• Working knowledge of TPI, NDS, ASCE‑7, and other applicable codes is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of engineers and designers.
• Prioritize and manage incoming work to meet deadlines accurately.
• Review and guide complex truss designs for safety and compliance.
• Provide technical support and consult on design challenges.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to improve workflows.
