Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an MPS Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative and construction support for our Program Management team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, supervise assigned project activities, and ensure all project quality controls are in place. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 8 years of engineering experience, along with registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer, are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field (startup, commissioning and troubleshooting) experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals and RFIs.
• Supervise project activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for project documentation and manuals.
• Monitor project quality control and update warranty logs.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
