Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Phoenix, AZ construction teams. This entry-level role supports the Project Management group with documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks on active construction sites.

You’ll learn to manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs, while collaborating with managers, field staff, and vendors to keep projects on track and in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; minimum 1 year in a construction-related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, submittal and drawing control logs for meetings.
