Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and commitment to Safety Excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse workforce, maximize team effectiveness, set high team expectations, and hold employees accountable.
• Demonstrates experience of GD&T, SolidWorks, CNC Programming, Mastercam, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering team to meet project milestones and budgets.
• Support new product development and production needs.
• Coach and mentor team members with objectives, scorecards and goals.
• Drive cost reduction through re-engineering products and processes.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency and flow, layout, and equipment planning.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and maintenance to prevent equipment issues.
• Lead capability studies to ensure part manufacturability and repeatability.
• Design manufacturing processes and fixturing using CAD tools.
