Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Engineering team members, setting objectives and tracking progress.
• Ensure milestones and budgets are met, support new product development and production needs.
• Drive cost reduction through process improvements and re-engineering of products/materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and optimize processes.
• Design manufacturing processes for production facilities and create tooling solutions.
