Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 4+ years in metalworking.
• Experience with GD&T and manufacturing process improvement.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or Mastercam and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and improve manufacturing processes by studying methods and equipment.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve efficiency.
• Ensure product and process quality by testing methods, standards, and capabilities.
• Prepare production and process reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends.
• Train machinists and operators on design and process changes.
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling and equipment and assist with maintenance planning.
