Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of manufacturing experience in metalworking.
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 2+ years in metalworking.
• Knowledge of GD&T and CAD tooling such as SolidWorks or Mastercam.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and methods.
• Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, tooling and materials; confer with vendors.
• Conduct audits of assembly and machining processes and improve workflow and layouts.
• Maintain product and process files in company database and prepare reports.
• Lead training of machinists, programmers, and operators; ensure safety and quality compliance.
