Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of combined technical and leadership experience.
• 3+ years as a Control Systems Project Engineer I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team through development and mentoring.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineering talent.
• Provide technical oversight on control systems and projects.
• Coordinate with project managers on planning and execution.
• Champion Thermo's Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement.
