You will partner with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers, oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality, and travel up to 50% to support customer needs and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety, training, development, and career progression of team members.
• Lead engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions and maintain quality standards.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers across levels.
• Drive high-performance culture and manage compensation, time off, and retention.
• Provide high-level technical guidance and oversee complex control system designs.
