BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage NPE teams, balancing technical and managerial work. You will coordinate projects, resources, and design validation to ensure products meet performance, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires leadership, project management, and strong communication to drive early feasibility and successful MVP builds, while aligning with BAC standards and global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD & PLM software (Autodesk Inventor/Vault preferred).
• Intermediate Excel; Advanced PowerPoint; moderate PM skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Ability to supervise technical staff and manage resources and risks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPE Team(s) through all NPI phases and coordinate design resources.
• Ensure design decisions meet performance, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop estimates, scope, and schedules for new designs and changes.
• Coach team on DFMA, quality principles, and MVP/prototype design.
• Oversee validation tests, documentation, and production handoffs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across regions and project teams.
