Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead system-level design and execution for new product introductions across global teams. This role drives performance, cost, manufacturability and quality objectives, acting as the primary technical authority for the NPI group.

You will mentor engineers, perform advanced modeling, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes while advancing continuous improvement and collaboration. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Advanced understanding of circulating air blower, heating and cooling systems and electrical integration.
• Experience leading system validation and performance optimization efforts.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems and engineering analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system-level development for NPI projects from concept to commercialization.
• Estimate system-level performance and drive cost, manufacturability and quality objectives.
• Mentor other engineers and ensure regulatory compliance.
