Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Coppell, TX is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and manage design staff on engineering projects. You will oversee financials, resources, and schedules while mentoring team members and ensuring quality deliverables.

The role requires PE licensure, a US engineering degree, and strong leadership. Travel up to 25% is supported with a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (US) is required.
• Field experience and leadership capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management.
• Develop design fees and oversee work plans for resources.
• Supervise Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Owner on deliverables.
• Lead CAC effort and coordinate with project PM.
• Resolve complex design challenges and coordinate with officials.
• Participate in design meetings and site visits.
• Perform value engineering and act as Engineer of Record.
