Qualifications
- Experience hiring for engineering, technical sales, or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts, processes, and terminology.
- Strong sales instincts—comfortable influencing, negotiating, and building client relationships.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication and consultative mindset.
- Resourceful, proactive approach to finding top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to build high-impact engineering, technical sales, and manufacturing leadership teams.
- Own full-cycle searches and advise hiring managers.
- Identify and engage top technical talent.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
