Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month, full-time engagement to support our engineering organization. You will own a portfolio of product and engineering roles from intake to offer, with some flexibility to cover non-technical roles as priorities shift.

You will proactively source passive candidates, run intake with hiring managers to lock technical requirements, and coordinate interview loops across the US, UK, and EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced startup environment (<400 employees).
• Proven track record sourcing and closing technical talent in Python, Go, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of product and engineer reqs end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates to build diverse pipelines quickly.
• Coordinate technical interview loops and drive timely hiring decisions.
