Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support accelerated hiring across our engineering organization. This is a 6-month, full-time engagement (~40 hours/week) with potential to extend, reporting to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

You will carry a portfolio of engineering roles from day one, with some flex to support other teams as priorities shift. You will proactively source and engage passive candidates, run intake with engineering hiring managers, coordinate interview

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced startup with <400 employees.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent (Python, Go, enterprise software).
• Ability to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding.
• Experience using Ashby and major job boards.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of product and engineer roles end to end, from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates and build diverse pipelines promptly.
• Run intake with engineers to lock scorecards and requirements.
• Coordinate interview loops and drive timely decisions.
• Keep data accurate and report on pipeline health against goals.
