Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering/technical.
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software tools.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Develop job descriptions aligned with project goals and culture.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, industry networks, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person or virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth process.
• Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and assist in candidate evaluations.
• Manage offer and negotiation process to meet expectations.
• Coordinate background and reference checks and other pre-employment screenings.
