Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering/technical.
Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
Strong understanding of engineering roles and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with ATS and HR software tools.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment: posting to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
Develop job descriptions aligned with project goals and culture.
Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, industry networks, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule in-person or virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth process.
Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and assist in candidate evaluations.
Manage offer and negotiation process to meet expectations.
Coordinate background and reference checks and other pre-employment screenings.
