Orion International is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the full lifecycle of direct-hire engineering placements for clients in advanced manufacturing and related industries, from intake to placement.

You’ll source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, and provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation while maintaining accurate ATS/CRM records in a remote-friendly environment across the United States.

Competenze

• Proven success recruiting engineering and technical professionals, preferably within a third-party staffing, recruiting, or search firm.
• Experience delivering direct-hire/permanent-placement searches and engaging passive candidates rather than relying primarily on applications.
• Experience working directly with clients and hiring managers, managing expectations, and serving as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial technology, or related technical environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and follow-through; ability to manage multiple searches independently.
• Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented approach in a remote team environment.

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, providing proactive updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
