Vanta is hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to own the sourcing strategy and execution for senior engineering roles. You will build a strong pipeline across critical technical areas and support broader roles as needed, collaborating closely with recruiting to align on priorities and forecasts.

The role requires 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, expertise in diverse sourcing channels, and a proactive, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies for senior and specialty technical roles.
• Expertise in utilizing an array of sourcing channels and AI sourcing tools.
• Strong research and talent mapping skills with the ability to generate leads for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on candidate experience.
• Self-starter with autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
• Willingness to use AI to enhance sourcing responsibly.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for our most critical, niche, and senior engineering roles.
• Utilize direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, and conferences to identify top talent.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to align on priorities and hiring needs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pipelines and influence hiring decisions.
• Champion AI-first recruiting practices by integrating AI tools into workflows.
