Job summary

Vanta seeks a Senior Technical Sourcer to own sourcing strategy for senior engineering roles, building robust pipelines and partnering with recruiters to meet critical hiring needs. You will map talent, reach out to passive candidates, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain strong candidate relationships, and help drive growth in a fast-paced startup by applying data-driven insights and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Proven track record in senior/specialty technical roles
• Expertise in multiple sourcing channels and AI tools
• Strong research and talent mapping abilities
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced startups
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for critical, niche, and senior engineering roles
• Utilize direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, and communities/conferences
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a strong pipeline
• Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to align on hiring needs and priorities
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing and influence hiring decisions
• Champion AI-first recruiting by integrating AI tools into workflows
