Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own strategy and execution for sourcing across senior engineering roles. You will build pipelines, leverage AI-enabled tools, and partner with recruiting teams to meet critical hiring needs in a fast-growing security tech environment.

You’ll influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights, engage passive candidates, and drive best-in-class sourcing practices across the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies for senior and specialty technical roles.
• Expertise in utilizing an array of sourcing channels and AI tools.
• Strong research and talent mapping skills to generate leads for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a positive candidate experience.
• Self-starter with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
