Job summary

HeyGen is seeking a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles in a fast-growing AI-focused company. You will partner with executives, hiring managers, and the Talent team to attract top talent for Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering.

The role is on-site in our San Francisco or Palo Alto offices, offering a collaborative culture and opportunities to advance as HeyGen scales its hiring function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record hiring across Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, source, and engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to proactively build a diverse pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Engineering leaders from kickoff meetings to onboarding, as a trusted talent advisor.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define headcount needs, craft job descriptions, design interview loops, and provide market data.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint from initial contact to offer.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team at HeyGen. You will be a critical thought partner in building out our strategy around Engineering hiring at HeyGen, including sourcing strategy, interview process, and where to integrate AI into the Talent function. You will partner closely with the Executive team, hiring managers, and the Talent team to identify and attract the best talent with an emphasis on Full Stack, Mobile, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering roles.

This is an on-site position in our San Francisco or Palo Alto office.

Core Responsibilities

The HeyGen Recruiting team manages all aspects of talent acquisition and pipeline strategy. In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, source, and engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to proactively build a robust, diverse candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Partner deeply with Engineering leaders from initial kickoff meetings to successful onboarding, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define headcount needs, craft compelling job descriptions, design efficient interview loops, and provide real-time market data.
• Execute talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence, particularly within the fast-evolving AI and infrastructure space.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless, high-touch process from initial contact to offer closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of Engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of hiring across Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
• Strong decision-making skills

Salary Range

$100,000- $150,000
