Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Learning and Development, or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in people leadership or leading large-scale initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development within engineering/tech.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing adult learning programs in technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with LMS, digital learning platforms, and knowledge management systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lutron locations (Philadelphia, Boston, Austin).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; Lutron does not sponsor visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capability for the future by identifying current and future capability needs.
• Develop a strategic learning roadmap aligned with engineering priorities.
• Guide leaders in defining capabilities to support future goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across engineering roles and levels.
• Evaluate learning impact using data, feedback, and stakeholder insights.
• Partner with HR and engineering leaders to align solutions with business priorities.
