You will partner with plant leaders, supervisors, subject matter experts, and HR colleagues to drive learning that aligns with operational priorities and business results across U.S.

and Puerto Rico manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in technical education, management, process engineering, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of people leadership or leading large-scale projects across teams.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related field in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing and managing skill-based development programs and familiarity with production, quality, or continuous improvement systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the learning strategy for Manufacturing, partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across manufacturing roles using on-the-job learning, classroom, e-learning, and coaching.
• Create and manage the Manufacturing learning portfolio and work with external partners and vendors.
• Coach leaders to develop people, diagnose gaps, and drive compliance, safety, and quality learning.
