Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading people or large initiatives.
• 7+ years in learning and development for engineering or tech organizations.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing adult learning programs in technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with LMS, digital learning platforms, and knowledge management systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lutron locations in Philadelphia, Boston, and Austin; U.S. work authorized without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future capability needs with engineering leaders.
• Develop a strategic learning roadmap aligned with engineering priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across engineering roles.
• Coach leaders to strengthen talent development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Evaluate learning impact and collaborate with Talent Development on partnerships and vendors.
