Qualifications

- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of people leadership or large-scale project leadership.
- 7+ years in learning and development within technology organizations.
- Experience designing and implementing adult learning programs in tech environments.
- Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Shape engineering capability strategy and learning roadmap.
- Enhance development programs for early-career engineers.
- Design and deliver learning experiences across engineering roles and levels.
- Advise engineering leaders to develop talent and address capability gaps.
- Evaluate program impact using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with Talent Development and HR to align offerings with business needs.
