Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across Human Resources and people strategy.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to travel typically 25% of the time.
• Prior experience supporting R&D and engineering teams is an asset.
• In-person, office-based role requiring collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leadership to anticipate organizational needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals with clear direction and career development.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across a matrixed organization to drive alignment and results.
• Attract, hire, and develop top talent and support growth to full potential.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen the Engineering leadership pipeline.
• Champion company culture and foster a respectful, productive workplace.
• Design and implement HR programs aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support objectives.
• Administer core HR processes including salary reviews, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
