RFA Engineering is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our engineering teams across the US. This hybrid role can be based in Eden Prairie, MN or Dubuque, IA, focusing on identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top engineering and technical talent.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, manage candidate flow, and contribute to recruiting campaigns and onboarding processes while building robust talent pipelines across various

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop recruiting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking activities.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
• Support candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university outreach activities.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
• Support recruiting process improvement initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
