Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years building maintenance experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major building systems incl. life-safety.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work different shifts as business dictates.
• Respond to guest and team inquiries promptly.
• Respond to emergencies per standards and guidelines.
• Support team performance through supervision and training.
