You will gain hands-on experience in sales development, account management, and operations, with opportunities to travel and relocate during rotations. US base salary ranges from $70k–$85k plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid foundation in sales strategy, our technology, and programs through the sales rotational program across various disciplines.
• Support customers by understanding needs and creating tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Develop and execute account strategies with experienced teams to win opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—from engineering to marketing—to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
