Danfoss invites engineers to join the Engineering Sales Development Program in Loves Park, IL, starting May 2027. The program blends engineering rigor with commercial training, rotating across DLS, Inside Sales, and Account Management to develop sales leadership potential.

You will gain hands-on experience in sales development, account management, and operations, with opportunities to travel and relocate during rotations. US base salary ranges from $70k–$85k plus bonus and benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• ABachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
• Agrowth mindset—you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn.
• Stronganalytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence others.
• A genuineinterest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
• Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, orengineering firms preferred.

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
