Job summary

Worley invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Rotational Program, a structured two-year experience exposing you to engineering, project delivery, project services, and field operations. Rotations are office- and field-based, offering hands-on learning under mentors and a focus on technical and leadership development.

The program builds core skills in project controls, risk, safety, and commercial acumen while offering exposure to global teams and meaningful client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, supply chain, environmental, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; eager to learn across disciplines.
• Experience with industry tools or software relevant to discipline, including design, analysis, or project controls.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across engineering, project services, and construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete rotations across key functions to gain lifecycle experience from concept to handover.
• Participate in meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure alignment with objectives and safety standards.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and quality standards across activities.
