GAF is building a new manufacturing facility in Newton, KS and seeks engineering graduates for a two-year rotational program. You will rotate through multiple plant locations, work closely with operations leaders, and gain hands-on experience in process engineering, product design, and project execution.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Rotations across manufacturing plant locations to gain broad exposure.
• Work with Operations Leadership and the Program Manager to determine best fit.
• Support engineering disciplines and participate in on-the-job training.
