GAF in Newton, Kansas invites recent engineering graduates to join its Engineering Rotation Program. You will rotate across manufacturing plant operations for two years, anchored to a plant location, to accelerate your professional growth.

Expect hands-on exposure to design, testing and leadership opportunities while building core engineering competencies. The program prepares you for a future role as a Process/Project Engineer II with strong development potential.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a four-year engineering degree will rotate through manufacturing plant locations.
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Travel up to 20% may be required during rotations.

Responsabilités

• Lead process design reviews, raw material qualifications, and capability studies.
• Support plant product, process, and materials trials.
• Develop cost savings opportunities related to processes, procedures, raw materials and waste.
• Identify and present feasible technical solutions to improve operations.
• Lead or participate in process/mechanical designs and evaluations for capital projects.
• Support product improvement and new product development efforts.
