Job summary

GAF is seeking a recent graduate for an Engineering Rotational Associate program. You will rotate through plant-based experiences in multiple engineering disciplines during a 24-month timeframe, gaining leadership exposure and hands-on project work.

Rotations are assigned based on business needs and performance, with dedicated mentors and opportunities to network with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering.
• Previous internship or co-op in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in process design reviews and capability studies.
• Support product, process, and materials trials across plant manufacturing.
• Develop and implement cost savings opportunities in processes and materials.
• Identify engineering opportunities and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Lead or participate in capital project design and evaluation.
• Contribute to product improvement and new product development efforts.
• Fulfill manufacturing/operations responsibilities per engineering discipline.
