Job summary

GAF is seeking a recent college graduate to participate in a two-year Engineering Rotation Program anchored at a manufacturing plant location. You will rotate through experiential learning opportunities, gaining exposure to leadership and cross-functional areas while delivering immediate impact to the business.

Rotations are determined by business needs and your interests. You will work with a dedicated mentor, receive training to develop leadership and technical skills, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• U.S. work authorization required for positions in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process design reviews and capability studies.
• Assist with plant product, process, and materials trials.
• Develop cost savings opportunities related to processes and materials.
• Identify engineering opportunities and present feasible solutions.
• Contribute to capital project designs and evaluations.
• Support product improvement and new product development efforts.
• Perform manufacturing/operations accountabilities as assigned.
