GAF seeks a recent graduate for the Engineering Rotational Associate program. You will rotate through experiential learning opportunities anchored to a manufacturing plant location for two years, gaining exposure to leadership and multiple business areas.

Mentorship and structured training support your technical growth. The two-year program emphasizes problem-solving, process knowledge and leadership, with rotations determined by business needs and candidate interests across GAF’s plants.

Qualifications

• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through experiential learning opportunities anchored to a manufacturing plant location.
• Partner with Operations Leadership and the Program Manager to determine best fit.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through two one-year rotations.
• Prepare for a successful start as a Process/Project Engineer II.
